Privacy

There are no user accounts on AdultPlaces. There is no sign-up, no comments section, no newsletter and no on-site contact form. You can read every page without giving us a name or an email address.

The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no analytics script, so your browsing of pages is not tied to a profile we build about you.

Our web server and our content delivery network record technical request data: the IP address making the request, the browser type, the page requested and the time. This is used to deliver pages and to keep abusive traffic out. It is the normal record any web server keeps.

Pages with a map load it from Mapbox, the map provider. Mapbox receives your IP address and the map area shown so it can draw the tiles.

The WhatsApp, call and website buttons open your own app or the venue site. What you then send a venue goes to the venue, not to us. Venue websites and the live cam partner site have their own privacy practices, which you should read on those sites.

Messages sent to [email protected] are used to answer them. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, write to the same address.

Venue facts come from the venues themselves and from our own checks, described on the checks page. Owners who want a correction or removal can write in; the about page explains who we are, and the terms of use cover the rest.
